We first met at Disneyland in 2004 when our younger sisters had to go there for there dance group. Jared had a girlfriend at the time so nothing happened. We did get to go on one ride together when his girlfriend was too lazy to get out of bed. This ride was Soaring Over California. We plan for it to be our first ride together as a married couple on our honeymoon as well. After this we saw each other occasionally but did not get to know each other until Traci got hired at Pizza Factory in 2005. Jared's grandparents owned Pizza Factory so of course he worked there as well. After we got to know each other Jared finally asked Traci out on December 4th of 2005. We went to our senior prom together and were high school sweethearts. It's hard to believe it but Jared was Traci's first kiss. We moved out together into a two bedroom one bath duplex in April of 2007. Exactly one year later we moved into a bigger four bedroom, two bath, three car garage with an attached storage room rental house. On October 10th of 2007 Jared took Traci to dinner at chili's because she had said she wanted to go there and never had been. There he proposed to her and she obviously said yes. We decided we would have exactly a two year engagment and are getting married on the date Jared proposed.
Our wedding is to be on October 10th of 2009 at 2:00pm. We plan to have the wedding at Jared's family church. Which is the Church of the Nazarene. We also plan to have a western style wedding because we love old western things. The Maid of Honor will be Serena Wall, Traci's cousin. She has only decided on one of her bridesmaids and that is her little sister Crysta Williams. She plans to have two more bridesmaids but has not decided who yet. Jared Best Man will be Darren Reed his best friend and neighbor. He also has only decided on one grooms man and that is Dalton Tinker his little brother. He plans to have two more grooms men as well. They will update this when they have decided who so keep checking : )
The reception will start at 5:00pm after the wedding. We have not decided on where the reception will be held but we know that we want it outside. We will serve dinner and wedding cake, of course. We plan to serve shredded beef and chicken with salad, rolls, and beans. There will also be a DJ with dancing. We are having a western style wedding so get your cowboy hats and boots on : )
