How We Met
I had just finished graduate school and was about to start my new career. To celebrate, my friends and I went to dinner at Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen. One of the young ladies sitting with me noticed Tim and his friends sitting at the table next to us. She then turned to me, discretely pointed at Tim and said "He's cute, he would be perfect for you." As the night continued, little did I know that Tim's friends had noticed me sitting at the table next to them. Tim's friends coaxed Tim to introduce himself to me. As I was leaving for the evening, I walked past Tim and he reached out and touched my hand. Tim then stood up, and introduced himself to me. We ended up having a short conversation, and Tim then offered to walk me to my car. When we reached my car, we ended up having a conversation for almost an hour. Tim appeared to be honest, loyal, and a wonderful man. So, we exchanged numbers to keep in touch. Over the next few weeks, Tim and I stayed up late nights talking on the phone. At the time, I was studying to take my licensure exam, so my time was very limited. Tim was very understanding and considerate of this, so he would arrange mini dates so we could see each other. Our first real date was at Yao's restaurant, and at that moment, I knew I had found someone special. Over the next few years, our friendship blossomed into a wonderful relationship. We always look back at the first night we met. We were both at the right place, at the right time. Also, we are very thankful that we had very insightful friends around us to help us find each other.
The Rehersal Dinner will take place Friday December 4th at 6:00 P.M. Location: Lakemont Club House 21021 Lakemont Bend Richmond. Texas 77407. The joyous union of Timothy Robinson and Carolyn Pinkney will take place on December 5th 2009 at 1:00 pm sharp. Timothy and Carolyn along with our guests will set sail on Majestic Ventures Yacht in League City Texas. RSVP only please. Space is limited on the yacht.
The reception will take place shortly after the wedding ceremony on the Majestic Ventures Yacht.
